OSCILLATING SCREEN SEPARATOR 100% media/parts separation. Independently powered shaker drive provides greater oscillation movement than screens that vibrate with the tub. A secondary screen removes media fines and chips.

INCLINE MEDIA RETURN CONVEYOR – Features a trough style belt supported by sealed for life lubricated heavy duty V– rollers and driven by a 2 HP direct gear motor. There are no side cleats making this belt a trouble free design that carries a two year warranty.

VARIABLE SPEED DRIVE – For precise control over the VPM (vibrations per minute), adjustable from 900 to 1350 VPM. Optional digital tachometer provides readout for accurate adjustments in the finishing action.

UNIQUE TUBE PROCESS CHAMBER – greatly reduces the noise and sound suppression cost required with open tubs. Tube is lined 360 degrees with polyurethane.

PATENTED O.H.D – (Patent # 3991524) , The Ultramatic OVERHEAD DRIVE is a exclusive feature on our CT Series. Located above the tub the O.H.D imparts a high powered vibration to the tub (media and parts), outperforming underdrive tubs.

AUTOMATIC BEARING LUBRICATION – This fail safe system automatically lubricates the heavy duty spherical roller vibrator bearings on the driveshafts. Two year warranty on the bearings.
